About Commercial Generator BuyersYes. We review non-running commercial and industrial generators from 100 to 2,500 kW. A failed unit may have recoverable parts or associated material value, but condition and removal costs still matter. Learn how we assess non-running units.
Full removal is available with an agreed purchase. We first review the unit, site access and the work needed. The agreement identifies the removal scope, timing and responsibilities, including electrical and fuel disconnection. See the removal process.
We consider the generator’s rating, make, model, running condition, hours and completeness, along with site access, removal work and transport distance. A photo of the nameplate and a clear description of the site help us assess it. There is no fixed price per kW.
Our focus is 100–2,500 kW commercial and industrial equipment. If the rating is unknown, or the nameplate shows kVA rather than kW, you can select that on the form. A nameplate photo helps us confirm the size.
Our core area is approximately 3.5 driving hours from Naples, covering Southwest Florida and routes to Southeast Florida. Orlando-area projects are reviewed by address and route. The owner can be elsewhere; we need the equipment’s location. Check the service area.
Start with the equipment city or ZIP, rating if known, condition and manufacturer or model. Photos are optional. The nameplate, overall unit, hour meter and access path are particularly useful. Use our photo checklist.
